Mental Health Toolkit
About the Toolkit:
Resources in this toolkit are developed by a team of trained mental health professionals and are created to help you interact with therapeutic concepts and tools in a practical way.
While many of these tools can help you process your own experiences and patterns, they are not a substitute for therapy - and are often most helpful when used alongside a relationship with a counselor you trust.
-
As you scroll down this page - you’l find resources broken down into categories based on topic or theme. Sometimes, resources are part of a common therapeutic approach, or are intended for a certain kind of audience (like parents).
-
We’ve designed these resources to be used and shared with others. Resources in the toolkit are free to use - but are still copyrighted material. If you’re interested in repurposing or sharing a resource (or the toolkit) broadly - please contact our team first.
-
Many of these resources can be most effective when used alongside a relationship with a therapist you trust. If you’re interested in beginning therapy - we’d love to help you get started.
-
If you have feedback about a resource you’re using (or would line to see added) please reach out! We would love to talk with you.
