Therapist Roles with Rally Point

Join a team focused on providing empowering care.

About Therapist Roles:

Therapists at Rally Point are passionate about helping others own their mental health journey by providing empowering feedback and clear support. We have a strong clinical team culture and frequently collaborate to find the best approach for a client’s situation. Therapy at Rally Point has a beginning, middle, and end - so clients can get the support they need and move forward.

What it looks like:

  • Provide empowering care to 10-30 clients/week

  • Build and track individualized treatment plans, client paperwork, and out-of-pocket billing in our client management system (SimplePractice)

  • Receive support and grow with dedicated support from supervisors who enjoy supervision

  • Collaborate with the Rally Point team during consultation and all-staff meetings

Our Hiring Process:

  • The process starts with you submitting an inquiry/application form (below). This form asks basic questions about your background and experience, and gets passed on to our hiring team.

  • Internally, we call this a “vibe check” meeting. It’s less of an “interview”, and more of a chance to get to know one another and see if the moving forward feels right.

During this conversation, you’ll speak with our hiring team manager and together you’ll review the basic details of our hiring process.

If we feel like things are a good fit, the hiring manager will reach out with details about the next step of the process.

  • If we decide to move forward, you’ll be asked to submit a case study, references, and interview with a few members our team before a decision is made.

  • At this stage, we’ll plan shorter times to meet with each member of our hiring team. We’ll adjust the amount of time with each person (or time as a group), based on what we feel will help us get to know each other best.

We usually try to book these sessions on one day/time to make scheduling easier, but sometimes break them apart to keep the process moving quickly.

  • In this final conversation, we’ll discuss the things we’ve learned about each other, make sure that there are no lingering questions, and talk about what it looks like to move forward.

Based on all that we’ve learned, we will let you know during this conversation if our team has decided to make an offer.
