Meet with a Counselor
Low pressure. Have your first session - learn about what the process is like. See if the relationship is a good fit. Ask questions, talk about problems you’re dealing with, and talk about how to move forward.
Get Support & Find Identity
Learn about who you are. Discuss patterns in your life, challenges you are facing, and ways to move forward. Navigate changes and the process of healing. Get care and support when things aren’t easy.
Make Changes & Be Prepared
Get equipped with understanding and tools that help you respond in difficult moments or seasons. Move forward in confidence and make healthy changes that help you thrive.
