How it works

1 - Book a Time

Use our form below to book at time for your first session with a supervising therapist. Choose to meet in our offices or virtually. Before your session, our admin team will reach out to help you verify insurance or sliding scale information.

2 - Have Your Initial Session

At Rally Point - all new clients spend one session with one of our supervising therapists. They’ll work with you to talk about your situation, and therapists in our practice that might work best for ongoing therapy.

3 - Start Ongoing Therapy

Have some sessions with the therapist you pick and see if it’s a good fit - setup a schedule and goals that work for you and learn tools that will help you find healing and strength.
