Deep down, we all want to connect with each other. But sometimes we have learned, picked up, or carried negative experiences through life that interrupt how we connect with ourselves and others, and make it difficult to build meaningful relationships.

In our work, I focus on helping you navigate through wounds and insecurities to create healthier, more satisfying relationships. Together, we’ll explore how to give you the ability to manage your life, and gain the power to build strong, thriving connections. I work alongside you to bring insight into how you operate, and what you can do to pursue personal healing, and form meaningful connections with others.

I’ve been working with adolescents and young adults for over 10 years, and recently achieved a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy to continue strengthening the ability to help couples and families break unhealthy patterns and reconnect. Our goal isn’t to make ourselves perfect, but to understand and work with our vulnerabilities. And as we change how you understand yourself, you will be able to move towards a better future, into a life of contentment and connection.
