Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Colorado

Beginning your search for a therapist can be daunting. You might be wondering, "How do I find the right fit?" Credentials and theoretical approaches are important, but the connection between you and your therapist is the most significant factor for success. Helping you discover the joy of being cared for with compassion, wisdom, and clinical insight is what sets apart the journey of therapy we might go on.

I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, with a focus on child and adolescent development. Prior to becoming a therapist, I served as high school teacher and a youth pastor. These experiences showed me firsthand how often young people struggle with navigating emotions and relationships with loved ones.

In therapy, we'll work together to understand your story in the context of family, friends, and even the bigger world around you. By gaining a clarity, we can develop tools to help you manage these dynamics with more confidence. My ultimate goal? To empower you to build strong, fulfilling relationships with those who matter most.
