Embracing the Moment: Overcoming Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can make it hard to stay grounded and find joy in the present.

When emotions feel overwhelming or thoughts spiral, it’s difficult to enjoy everyday moments or feel at peace. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or constantly fighting to keep anxiety or sadness at bay.

In this therapy group, you’ll find a supportive space for learning practical strategies to reduce anxiety, uplift your mood, and find balance.

In each session, we’ll use a mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and creative expression techniques to help you manage your emotions and reconnect with the present.
