Coping with Stress During the Holidays

You’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed this season.

The holidays bring a mix of joy and stress, from family obligations and financial pressures, to managing work-life balance. For some, it’s a season where loneliness and grief are felt even more deeply. Memories of loved ones and unmet expectations can cast a shadow over what’s meant to be a joyful time. When our feelings are strong or anxiety strikes, it can be hard to enjoy the moments that matter most.

This therapy group offers a supportive space where you’ll learn practical strategies to manage stress, stay present, and address the complex emotions this season can bring. Through guided discussions, practical strategies, and a caring community, you’ll gain tools to manage holiday stressors, navigate feelings of loneliness or grief, and stay present in meaningful moments.
