Use our intake form below to tell us about your situation and schedule a time to meet in our offices (or online).
Before your session, our admin team will reach out to connect with you about billing options (including insurance coverage or sliding scale information), paperwork, and what to expect during your intake session. -
During your intake session, you’ll get a chance to ask questions about the process, share more about your situation, and talk about your goals for therapy.
Your intake specialist will give you more info about what counseling looks like, and help you consider therapists who may be a good fit.

Once you’ve had your initial session, you’ll start meeting with your ongoing therapist regularly.
Together you’ll work through complicated feelings, navigate situations you are facing, and learn about techniques or skills that improve your mental health.
